Clients love this process because they feel more a part of it.” I just have to second that. I’ve been doing that quite a lot, but remotely. While talking to the client about some changes over IM or voice chat I actually do the changes and then just ask them to reload their browser to see the changes. At least for me, this is of course only for smaller design changes but I usually do the overall layout in wireframes which don’t really hold any graphical design etc.
