In the end, I think it depends on the level of design you’re planning to do, i.e. how out of the norm is your design going to be?
Personally, I don’t plan for my designs to look like every dam web page out there. If I were to begin designing them in the browser, it would probably end up like just that.
Photoshop gives a more artistic touch to web design. Sure, it’s not perfect. But I believe that future versions will have web and print variants and improve on it’s failings…. Let’s face it, Adobe isn’t stupid…They’ll make improvements and continue driving in industry forward like they always have.
