Rob Knight 24 December 2009 I’m so excited to read these last two articles! Markup as mockup definitely feels like the way to go. On my last project, I did some analog mocking on a whiteboard, took a photo and then coded it up in HTML/CSS. The process took less time than usual and after a couple of iterations, I had the finished product. My main difficulty with Photoshop is the subtle differences (like the font-rendering shown in this article) that don’t translate to the browser as elegantly as the client expects. I’m looking forward to using this workflow permanently. The challenge is to educate everyone about the differences across browsers: the why, and the why it’s ok.
