This approach is like asking an architect to build a building before the plans have been approved. Similar to the old “measure twice, cut once” saying. Get your design sorted out in pencil and paper, then Photoshop before you start building the “real thing”. Are you going to create all your javascript functionality before the client has signed off the design, I don’t think so. This approach may work for small home web shops but it’s not going to work in a studio on big sites with big budgets.

Plus, don’t blame the browsers for not rendering your designs right. If you want it to look like your PSD then do it.
