Well, while this whole grunt-thing sonuds nice indeed, i simply just don’t have the time to bother with every new tool and dive into it. When I read this:

I have other ways to do the things Grunt could do for me

Are they all organized in one place, configured to run automatically when needed, and shared among every single person working on that project? Unlikely, I’d venture.

i thought: Well, I use good old Makefiles which are around for 30 years now and they do exactly the same but allow for much higher flexibility. I wonder why it isn’t more common among web developers to use the existing and tried software development tools. But that’s just my two cents and the article is nice though — maybe someday i’ll have the time ot dive into grunt.
