A great article and an interesting window into your early experience.

Everyone should own deployment and it should happen all the time , with little fuss or ceremony.

One question , if the early process you described was so painful, why weren’tyou and your colleges empowered to change it ?

Thank you for sharing. I liked Lesson 3 for example. In any case one must take pleasure in coding, with rules certainly, but which remain simple and do not raise the pleasure of coding.
