Hi Rachel. I read this article and I agree at some point, but for a principle I believe that CSS don’t need to be mixtured with PHP or other scripting language. Why? I just use the ‘find & replace’.

I really don’t believe that the ‘site administrator’ can be mixing colors. I do believe that is the job of the designer.
