I wrote a front-end standards document for our team recently, to share knowledge about front-end technologies and get more people across the issues that I think matter.

It served it’s purpose in getting a few more people interested in the topics, it’s also helped as a refresher for me when I’ve needed it.

I think a lot of these guides are really just trying to promote a shared appreciation of values that the authors hold.
