I do agree with the concept of designing in the browser. It’s the easiest way to make quick global changes to things like corners, colors, type and layout – and across multiple mock-up content pages with different layouts.
But, the HTML will very-nearly-almost-always have to change or get re-ordered to achieve different designs. CSS isn’t all-powerful just yet .
