Maybe it’s just because I’m a coder by nature rather than a designer, but I’ve always approached things this way. It’s when I have to get into the graphic work for IE that I start to moan – quite a bit like the graphics people here have been moaning. I’ve stopped doing most of the hacks for IE, if it looks different, it does, and that’s that. As long as it still looks good and functions, I’ve refused to go all out just for IE.
Still, they say they are improving in standards-compliance again with IE9, maybe someday..
