I have to disagree with this article in a way. I work with a ton of clients for whom position of their content is strategically important to the success of their website, whether it’s ads, or selling something, or seeing something in the column that it was supposed to be (whether textual, images, or sponsored messages).
I do agree that we need to move on and start using the newer better tools soon, but what do you do with the audiences that are not embracing the changes quickly, such as still using CRTs with 800×600 and IE 6 or worse…
