A tool I use for this is this Firefox Addon – CSS Viewer [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2104] – fantastic except for a bug inwhich it is hidden behind flash objects due to z-index (but since it is CSS itself, this can probably be fixed with user styling!).
