I have been thinking about this article, and it’s a brilliant idea!
But if you are a user of Dreamweaver, they have already provided a number of layout templates for us CSS designers to tweak away at.
So, unless we are after something technically superior, there seems to be no need to create a library of our own. Unless it is to use our own ‘semantic’ code for the markup.
