As a user and developer I implore you, don’t use scrollTo. After refreshing a page, the user expects the page to end up where it was before (the browser remembers that), which is not necessarily at 0, 0. Definitely on a desktop (and how would a website know the difference). A decent browser hides the toolbar if there’s not excessive space. Otherwise the user can scroll. He’ll have to anyway.
Btw I never see the toolbar on my HTC Android unless the page is shorter than the viewport.
