This is a VERY interesting article! I tend to think I’m not made to be a leader, and the more I grow, the more I think I actually can enjoy being one.
It must be such a good feeling to know that you have a team with you, with different skills, abilities and feelings, and you build an entity with it.
Anyway.. I totally get you when you mention the self-confidence/extroverted thing around leadership being misused.
I don’t talk much, and listen way more. I have many doubt, many ‘failures’ (learnings) but I have no problem talking about them. I’m actually proud of those things.
