As Andy Clarke said, you’re comment about using the right tool for the right job is spot on.
But of course, Photoshop is not a web design application. It’s imaging software, and whilst its uses extend far beyond just tweaking photos, that still doesn’t make it a web design application and therefore it isn’t the right tool (in my opinion).
