All those saying designing in HTML/CSS is “limiting creativity” are being extremely shortsighted and I don’t mind flat-out saying you are wrong.
Like any tool (pen and paper, canvas, Photoshop, HTML/CSS) you are only limited by your own knowledge of the medium and your inherit creativity.
If you take the view that skipping Photoshop limits your creative freedom, you’re disproving your own argument because the Photoshop files you so creatively designed will ultimately BECOMEHTML/CSS. Almost anything you can think of and create in Photoshop can be recreated in the browser (obviously).
