For all of you getting stuck on “design process,” think about it for a minute. Designing with html/css allows you to create flexible wireframes that the client can interact with from the beginning. Is it really faster to make a content block float right instead of left in Photoshop or Fireworks, than in CSS?
Not to mention, am I the only one that starts sketching up wireframes and interaction on paper first? Huge time saver and you can often solve many of the major problem without even firing up an app at all.
