David Yeiser 22 December 2009 Thank you for writing this. I think people don’t realize how bad it can be. For example, look at this comparison of FF Tisa Pro on Windows versus Mac (PNG file). My solution for now is hope that Cleartype is enabled. My more permanent solution will likely be to serve OS-specific typefaces, furthering the notion of websites not having to look the same in every browser.
