Very interesting article! I’m sure there are a lot of people out there who are talented and lucky enough to do both the design work and the markup, but there are also plenty who do one or the other. How would you suggest the coder approaches an unreceptive designer or a designer whose knowledge of css is limited about this, and vice versa? I imagine it would be more difficult if the design and coding were being done by two separate companies.
