But annoying to have the navigation at the top, if you are mainly interested in the content. So I prefer: link to navigation, search, content, navigation(, footer).
And with all due respect, knowledge of what this entry advices can hardly impress anyone; it’s simply stating the obvious, and then showing an example, where there seems to be 3 superfluous div-elements…
