How about just leave Promises back to 2016 and move to Observables?
Love Fairytale of New York! And a nicely done, succinct explanation of the Promise model while you’re at it. Looking back at the varying threads of life while moving forward on the only thread you’ve got is perhaps the simplest explanation of JavaScript’s single thread model that I have run across, too. Thanks!
