At what stage are you get sign off?.. I mean are you doing layout (PSD) and development (CSS) to get sign off on designs?
That would seem like a lot of throw away work, unless if you are a god and can get approval on the one design you come up with. It also seems like a lot more work upfront than simple communicating to the client that due to different browsers some rounded corners may not appear.
