Everyone here is so worried about deception, that they forget the main principle – progressive enhancement means farewell to pixel perfection. Design for IE looks ok, I woudn’t mind paying for it.
But ok, ok… I know exactly why you think it’s somehow wrong to do what Andy does.

You’re still in the “PSD → CSS → IE compat → client’s feedback ↩†frame of mind. I’ve been there, but it’s time to move on and get the rest of industry along.
