@ Malarkey – You’re right there, and that’s why I said you can’t really compare films and websites like that. The Batman comparison wasn’t how I see it personally but I maintain that clients could very well see it like that.

My comments were more a “Stupid unreasonable clients!” rant than a dig at the methods outlined in the post. It’s snazzy, thinking-outside-the-box CSS for sure but I still believe that it could cause you some client headaches when presented to the less understanding.

A plus point though, like Drew rightly said, is that it does squeeze some much needed value out of older browsers which is never a bad thing.
