    [The width=device-width] declaration, added into the <head>, stops the user being able to pinch-zoom in and out of your design, which is perfect if you are designing to the exact pixel measurements of the iPhone screen.

    What if I want to zoom in because your design, though laid out with respect to the pixel size of the screen, uses a font size that’s too small for me to read easily, or I want to get a closer look at an image on the page?

    Don’t mean to knock the article, this section set off some potential UX alarms for me.
