I agree with Andy Mabbutt above.
It’s too early to think that mockup in markup is the way to go at this time. It probably will be in a few years.
It seems some people are getting overexcited about CSS3 being available in a ‘few’ browsers (maybe it’s because it’s nearing Christmas).
