A mighty fine wish list you have there, and I am really pleased to see the amount of typographic wishes you have made. I know what you mean with dreaming about the < parent selector (I can think of a few instances where that could’ve been useful), but this would defy the cascade, and we would end up just calling CSS simply SS.
