Lovely to see some progressive enhancement applied to that oft neglected (but oh so necessary) bastard love child of HTML – the form – and also some nice new HTML5 and CSS3 thrown in for good measure.
Only thing I’d question is the use of ordered list to markup the label/inputs. Is this really any more semantic than using paragraphs?
